Moscow Marriott Imperial Plaza hosted A la Russe client evening at the luxurious Imperial Plaza Banquet Hall

On April 17, the Moscow Marriott Imperial Plaza Hotel opened the doors of its magnificent Imperial Plaza banquet hall for an exclusive client evening A la Russe. The event, dedicated to Russian culture and gastronomy, allowed the guests, among whom were the key major partners of the hotel, to appreciate the scale of the hall, the sophistication of cuisine and impeccable service.

The evening began with an aperitif in the lobby, where guests were greeted by an abundance of traditional Russian treats: pancakes with caviar, meat and fish delicacies. In the cozy Tea Room, under the melodious sounds of the balalaika, one could enjoy an assortment of Russian sweets and pies. The special charm of the evening was given by themed photo zones in the A la Russe style, decorated with natural materials, including an original sofa made of hay.





The gala dinner at the luxurious Imperial Plaza Banquet Hall, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests, became the central event of the evening. The majestic interior, sparkling chandeliers and the vastness of the hall made an indelible impression. The tables were decorated with exquisite caramel cockerels created by the hotel's pastry chef Anna Rusetskaya.





Brand chef Abdessattar Zitouni and his team have prepared a real feast worthy of a royal table. The menu included aspic from assorted fish, pike caviar, fragrant merchant's kulebyak, a variety of pies, halibut steak in creamy caviar sauce and other masterpieces of Russian cuisine, each of which is a true work of culinary art. Handmade matryoshka dolls from the pastry chef became the dessert chord of the evening.

The musical accompaniment was provided by the Russian Song Ensemble, a vibrant cover band and the famous Moscow Cossack Choir. The guests enjoyed both traditional folk motifs and modern rhythms.

At the end of the evening, there was a raffle of prizes from the hotel's partners: Simple, VIPAVENUE, AVTOR, ENHANCE, Deep and ARDENTLY.
