New menus at the Cafe Imperial!

Cafe Imperial Restaurant is pleased to present to its guests a number of exciting novelties designed to diversify the gastronomic experience and satisfy the most refined tastes.
For everyone who appreciates a healthy lifestyle, we have developed a special Green Menu offering healthy and nutritious breakfast dishes. Start your day with benefits by choosing from our offers:
* Green shakshuka with asparagus: A delicate combination of asparagus, bright cherry flavor and zucchini.
* Green buckwheat with parmesan and poached egg: A hearty and nutritious breakfast rich in fiber and protein.
* Imperial Breakfast: An exquisite dish with lightly salted salmon, avocado, green sauces and cereal bagels is a real gastronomic feast!
Cafe Imperial also launched an Oriental breakfast, created by brand chef Abdessattar Zitouni. The menu focuses on Berber, Moroccan and Tunisian cuisines. The chef chose such dishes for breakfast for a reason, because Abdessattar Zitouni himself is Tunisian by origin - oriental flavor is in his blood.
Breakfast impresses with its riot of colors and flavors.“Many guests from the Middle East come to our hotel and it is important for us that our foreign guests feel at home here. An Oriental breakfast for two is a reminder that even far from home you can find something of your family,” says the high–class brand chef of the restaurant.
What can we expect from our breakfast? Babaganush, hummus, dukka, fresh vegetables, assorted sweets and dried fruits.
There is also a hot dish to choose from.:
1) Shakshuka
2) Lobio cufta — chopped lamb and beef with herbs (served with potatoes and flatbread)
3) Oja mergez — eggs in tomato sauce with the addition of Mergez sausages.
Green Menu and Oriental Breakfast is served from 9:00 to 16:00.
